2018 – In any field, there are certain books that everyone should read. They are simply classics, are timeless, and contain great advice that can help any business owner survive and grow. So it is with business. One trait that most successful entrepreneurs share is their love of reading and acquiring new knowledge and new skills. Learning and growing does not end when you graduate college. It’s a life-long process. Reading expands your horizons, your perceptions, your creativity, and your point of view.
With that in mind, after being in business for 40 years and working for myself and for four corporations, I’ve created a list of what I feel are the “must read” books for success. Get them, read them., learn from them, and use them!
Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen Covey
How To Win Friends and Influence People, Andrew Carnegie
The 4-Hour Workweek, Tim Ferriss
The Lean Start-up, Eric Ries
